All data entered into the app — including expense reports, amounts, categories, dates, and receipt images — is stored entirely on your device. We do not operate any servers and do not collect, transmit, or have access to your information.
We do not collect any personal information. Specifically:
Users may attach receipt images using the device camera or photo library. These attachments are saved locally on the device and are never uploaded unless the user explicitly chooses to share or export them.
When submitting an expense report, the app opens the device's built-in mail application or share sheet to send the report. The app does not transmit data independently — the user's chosen email or sharing app governs that transmission and its associated privacy policies apply.
If iCloud Backup (iOS) or Google Backup (Android) is enabled on your device, app data may be included in those backups. This is controlled entirely through your device settings and is not within the app's control.
This app is intended for use by adults in a professional context. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
